Currently, channels seems to be ordered at random. They should be ordered alphabetically.

Manually (drag and drop) could be nice as well. Admin/mods could re-order channels for all in the group to see, or individuals could re-order for themselves.
Prefer to manually change which channels I want where I want them
I guess the issue here would be are the channels ordered for all users in the same way and can they be configured in a user specific manner.
User specific sorting would be a headache but worthwhile case to explore though a default of alpha-numeric sorting would be good.
Some testing has shown that emoji can aid with sorted by group like emoji at the front of channel names if that helps
I tried to use numbers to order my channels... But it didnt work....
I think that right now is just by date of creation, new channels go into the middle, and throws the rest up an down.
