I had a similar situation with 2 missions out of 6 last week all having the same description.

"A lack of a clear and informative description and/or title"

"Mission Image, description, and/or title are unrelated to the Waypoints chosen."

I edited them to add "this mission starts here and ends here" and made reference to the overall banner and they were accepted yesterday.

    Could you try something similar?

I had 4 of 6 get denied because the email says I have a name of an agent or such in the title/description when I have the name of the location I am at. NIA has been pretty silent on this matter.

I feel your frustration and have had this problem before. I'd recommend recreating a new mission for the one that keeps getting rejected. Edits that have been rejected once before are likely to keep getting rejected, but a mission with a clean slate is more likely to get through.

They really need to add a whole banner verification instead of each mission.

That's non sense to refuse just open for random reason.

  • The workload for approving missions for the entire world by one small group is huge task, not only because of the shear number of missions being submitted, but also because of the complexity of language interpretation. it's easy to assume they are using an algorithm to flag certain words. it's also easy to assume, based on the inconsistency of acceptance/rejection criteria, that sometimes those words result in an instant rejection, while others may be reviewed further and approved.

while the implementation of reasons for rejection into the emails was an improvement, they still need more detail because when you are being told, e.g., "text contains URLS, email addresses, or HTML" but in fact does not contain any of those things, we are playing a guessing game with each subsequent edit submission, which is more work for the agents creating missions, and the team tasked with reviewing them. Hopefully, more training and experience will improve consistency in the application of the rejection/approval criteria.
