I have, for unknown reasons, since a couple of weeks 2 kinetic capsules. One is full and can not be retrieved, the other cannot be activated, because the system accepts only one capsule.
Could you share a screenshot with the IDs of both Capsules? With those, Niantic will be able to fix them faster. In addition, have you already opened a support ticket?
