[2.70.1] Dronenet layer deactivates upon restart

With the new dronenet layer in the layer menu, I assume that selecting it should keep it active if you restart the app, like the other layers. As of now, that is not the case.

Working on a fix for this in a future app update.
Just came to report this.
This has been fixed in 2.72.1. The bug report can be closed.
