I got too much from the subscription

I started my subscription at 6:40 AM (JST) on February 10, just after the CORE service started, and continued without a single interruption.
I reinstalled the app a few weeks before May 8, so just to be safe, I went back to the scanner map screen at 10:34 AM (JST), right after I refreshed my subscription from the settings, and got my 4th subscription count and reward.
I also received my 5th subscription count and reward when I launched the scanner at 07:02 AM (JST) today, May 10.
It seems very likely that the 4th subscription count and reward on May 8 is a bug.
We're investigating why this happened, but we will not be removing the additional items you received. Thank you for the heads up.

I think this has been reported before but I could not find the thread. My CORE renewed May 9th, everything went through all good. Reflected in both App Store and Ingress App, next renewal date June 9th.
but, I was out fielding today and suddenly received a new loadout for no reason. No billing to my account/card, subscription renewal still June 9th.
Just wanted to bring this to attention as I don’t think it’s fair to others that I somehow received 2 loadouts this month.
iPhone XR, latest iOS update, most recent Ingress update.
Day 1 sub so my renewal is the 9th of every month. Already got my C.O.R.E. rewards this month on the 9th, but today I randomly got a double drop of C.O.R.E. rewards.
Anyone else have this happen?
I also received the second C.O.R.E. reward this month.

Same here. However my partner only got the 5K CMU, no items.
Seems to be all iOS users, that pay their sub using credit card - there was one local player that uses iOS but pays a different way and he got nothing.
I also have the theory that in the case of a family account, the head gets just the CMU and the family member gets the full double load out.

I’m seeing something else now, inventory is dropping without doing anything. Cant pin down exactly what is being retracted though.
Never mind, XM must have caused me to forgot I recycled some low level stuff lol.

I updated my post, and definitely not from the inventory I lost. I think my Simulacra’s Pattern glitched and I temporarily forgot I recycled my low level Bursters from… less than an hour ago 😅

With a another game (WWE Supercard) , i've got double reward and debited once for a promotion package.

Maybe when we using another ios device, (with unique account of course ), we get double / triple rewards...
This happened even though I was only using one device.
I've heard that this issue has happened today to many other agents, many have gotten the kit's items twice or even thrice (!).

And then there are those of us that renewed on the 14th, money was taken out, but received no load out.

Same here, iOS user, received an extra set of reward items (but not an additional 500 item spaces, this is still at 2500) about 8 hours ago. I'm not due to renew until the 13th, and there's no sign of me being billed by Apple.
I had a June subscription, so the monthly value is now 2. Also, although I could not take a scree shot, items are also distributed
All time subscribed value is 6.
