Recharge bug, consuming cubes when full

Sometimes, even when full it will keep consuming power cubes and ground XM. The ground XM it's just a visual bug, by restarting the game it will reapers, but the consumed cubes are forever gone.

Noticed similar behaviour also about 3-5 times so far:

Also noticed the case where you cannot use Power Cube even the XM Tank is not full (this bug may be a side effect of the same bug):
