Account issue when log into the Intel and Community Forums

Hi, I had to use a friend's account to make this post because I can't login to my Forum account (explanation below):
Since September 2020, I have been experiencing a login problem with my Ingress account. I sent several emails to support, made a post here back in October 2020 to explain everything that's happened and until today I have not received an answer to my problem.
I’m unable to log into Intel or the Community Forums with any of the emails linked to my account. When I try to log into Intel, it displays the message: "Account not found. Create an Ingress account via the Ingress mobile app." and the message it shows in the Community Forums is: "Something went wrong, please try again."
The account exists and is active. I can log into the game and play normally every day. I receive IFS medals, event medals and everything. I can log into Wayfarer and Mission Creator, but I just can't log into Intel or the Community Forums.
Maybe part of the problem occurred when I changed my email from google before everything I reported in the previous post happened and resulted in some data being corrupted or duplicated in my account or something?
Can someone help me? What can I do to regain normal access to my account? I just need an answer please. All these months without access and without an answer is frustrating. @NianticBrian @NianticCasey @NianticPooja @NianticAndres @NianticAustin @NianticOfficial

Try the following:
- open Ingress and check under options which email you used
- copy that EXACT email (including capitals and dots)
- open Intel/the forum in an incognito browser and login using that email address
- if that works, check which spelling you used in the normal browser and change that if needed
Sad to hear that the problem was not solved and nobody delivered anwsers to you.
However I have to say, if I were you, I would just give up, because further attempts of solving this issue may probably lead to more serious problems including losing the whole account. It might be a high-risk thing to get customer support to adjust your account manually.

That's really frustrating. I'm glad you reached out to support! Please do NOT give up. This is a fixable problem :) I would suggest waiting to see what support says in your last ticket, and if any of the Niantics pinged in the thread can help. Good luck agent!
I have the same issue for the community forums (wayfarer and Ingress) for when I try to log in with my work computer. I can still log in with Intel though. So I just end up reading posts on the computer at breaks and replying to posts with my phone or personal computer.
A long time ago the same thing happened to me, however in my experience I can say that I only had this problem when trying to open Intel from my Chrome browser, when trying with another if it allowed me to access, can you test if that works for you? personally I had to wait almost a month for the problem to be resolved and I don't understand why.
Hi, I tested this with all available login methods with the correct email and passwords and it still didn't work.
It is a bit confusing to explain but I think there must be some bug related to the change of email linked to my account and with the iOS 14/IITC ban wave as I described in my October 2020 post, it must have caused some duplicate or corrupted data bug as some agents reported in some old posts that I read.

Hi, I tried to login in all the methods available (google, facebook and apple) both on the computer (chrome, firefox and edge) and on the mobile (safari, chrome and firefox) and at all times I only received the error message that is showing in the post image. =/
I have the same problem, I was logged in the forum ingress, so I decided to change the email so as not to pollute the personal email, after that I lost access to the forum, the support sent back to the original email, to access the forum I linked the faceboom, and through the opera app, I can access , more by google chrome no, to access the game I use the new email or facebook, plus the notification only goes to the old email.
