I can't request a faction reset because it prompts me with "Something went wrong! Please reload and try again. We're sorry for the inconvenience" right after I submitted. This happened to me a few months ago and today again. I tried switching my IP, device...
I don't really know what to do about it.

The app still doesn't work for me and prompts me with the same thing. Can I change/reset my faction via e-mail?

@Awyu, please clear the cache from your browser or try it on a different browser or device(if possible) and check if that works. You may also use the Incognito mode and try again. Do let us know if it doesn't help.
Furthermore, I've removed the attached picture from your comment as your email address(personal info) was visible due to security reasons.
I tried it on 3 devices and 2 different browsers (without and with incognito) I also tried it on a different IP and I still get prompt with the same thing. Is there another way that I can submit faction reset/change request?
