The New update to the app solved it for me.
The new update don’t solve it for me. Kinetic capsule always blocked : 0kms/8.
@NianticBrian is it possible to have an active kinetic capsule.
my trekker medal is now indicating 4982 kms. There is 17 days it is blocked.
my personnal vehicle for kms is my bicycle.
19 days blocked for kinetic capsule. 274 kms done since the first day.
@NianticBrian could you help for this bug.
0 items since 274 kms !!!
Today I used another bicycle because mine was broken and you know what ? My kinetic capsule is always blocked... My trekker medal continue to grow up :
I have done 316 kms since my kinetic capsule refuses to move....
Help should be appreciated. @NianticBrian if you could unlock this terrific capsule.

25 days ago, saturday 10th april my kinetic capsule was blocked. My trekker medal indicated 4736 kms.
today my trekker medal :
And my kinetic capsule (E6520889) is always blocked. I have done 342 kms. I lost 42 items (counting 8 kms for an item). I always hope a miracle. @NianticBrian

My kinetic capsule has not been incrementing since the last kinetic promotion ended (this capsule program was launched on the last day, I believe). Stuck at 0 out of 4km on a shield.

You have posted the same thing thrice now. I'd suggest waiting a few days for Niantic to catch up, posting multiple times won't make it go faster
Also please ensure a report has been made via ingress.com/support or via Settings > Report A Problem > select the chat option in the corner of the screen
