Sojourner medal stuck

Hello,
My sojourner medal is not updating anymore. I read that sometimes it happens for one or two days, but it's been stuck for 2 weeks for me.
Not sure how to unstuck it.

What does your "Now" tab say, in your profile, regarding your current Hackstreak?
It says:
Current Hackstreak 1
Current Sojourner Streak 0 days
But I hack my home portal everyday. I don't get it.
for Sojourner you have to hack a portal within 24 hours of your LAST HACK, unlike Epoch with it just once per day (00:00 to 23:59 local time). If you hacked a portal on day A at time 12:00, you would have until 11:59:59 (ish) the next day to make another hack.
This is why it’s always best to hack at LEAST twice a day, 12-ish hours apart. Morning to tick the Sojourner, evening to provide a buffer for the next day in case you forget the morning hack.
But I hack my HP multiple times a day, so it shouldn't be a problem. And initially it was working (my Sojourner was at 17 days), but suddenly, it stopped working.
For example, I hacked my HP yesterday evening, and again right now, and I'm still at 0 days in my current Sojourner Streak.
