What is shown in the "Now" stat of your profile? What is the number below the "Epoch" medal on your profile?
I see it in profile but no the pop up window when i earn the medal.
Mine popped up immediately on first hack, though I know it's very easy to accidentally dismiss these sorts of popups right after a hack.
@jontebula I can see the Bronze Epoch medal on your account. Do you not see it on your Agent Profile?
They see it in their profile, they just ‘didn’t get’ the animation for it (aka covering/blurring the screen and presenting the medal upon earning). Most likely just tapped too quickly, as the animation is tap-to-close, not pervasive with an actual close button.
