Portal missing on Intel

in Report a Bug
A Portal is missing on Intel: Nürnberger Kaufmannszug mit Geleit. Coordinates are 49.454693, 11.076798. It shows up in Prime just fine, but on Intel it doesn't....
There it is in Ingress (The Portal north of the one i have a key for).
There it should be (round about) in Intel.

@KarM3L I don't think so, it is still in game and not on Intel. A fellow Ingresser who is more active in that Area told me that it was missing already since a long time when i asked her about it because i could not find it.
portal guid: e887ec313b8f4068be7ad09c6302e709.16
This has happened before, early on during the implementation of the new zoom levels (All, Links, Link Length vs previous Portal Levels), but it's the first time I've seen it in a long time.
If you make a link to the portal, does it show up as a placeholder even and "All portals" level?
The Portal is now linked and funnily it shows properly in IITC, But is missing in Stock Intel, The Link is just going into nowhere, see the attached Screenshots.
The Portal Link IITC creates is the Following: https://intel.ingress.com/?ll=49.45453260698935,11.077004521807595&z=18
These Coordinates seem Very very accurate. This doesn't seem to be normal.
Ok, so something to raise with @ofer2 then
To explain what's happening in the two scenarios above:
GetEntities
. Since it's at a level that should be showing all portals, they're not generating a placeholder that you can click on, so the link just ends.GetEntities
, then replaces them with real portal markers when the data is read for that portal. Because the placeholder is there initially, when you click on the placeholder, IITC does aGetPortalDetails
call to retrieve the portal details by GUID, therefore providing you with all the information. Since you now have portal details, the placeholder that was there is replaced by a real portal marker. So essentially the issue here appears to be that
GetEntities
does not return the portal's base information.Someone let me know about another portal in the same situation:
