C.O.R.E renewal - no benefits - iOS

My CORE benefits are missing today on my renewal anniversary.
Apple sent my renewal receipt this morning at 8AM
I am 400+ over cap and can't hack.
I have tried:
- Game actions (recharge, link, deploy)
- Log out / Log in
- Press the refresh subscription button
g-mail != Apple ID
