C.O.R.E payed but not active

i have payed (automatically)for core but it is not active anymore in prime. The first two months were ok.

I have tryed to restart, some in game actions. But nothing helps and I am not the only one

could you please solve this problem? My inventory is over 2400 items and I don’t want to lose my first Epoch streak.

I’m playing with an IPhone 8 iOS 14.0.4

    @eddiesboy thank you for reporting this. Have you already reported this to our Ops team through the in-game Main Menu → Settings → Help Center → REPORT PROBLEM flow?

    If I do that it tells me to go visit the community forum, that is what I did

    @Eddol01 thanks for sharing that; redirecting to the Forum and closing the conversation aren't the way we should support this and we'll work to improve this flow. Did your C.O.R.E. rewards (2,500 inventory space) re-activate after taking a game action now?
