Buenas. Al hacer el pago de mi suscripción mensual core, evidencio en mis cargos de tarjeta un doble cobro del mismo. El pago de la suscripción lo realice el día domingo 11-04-2021. como se hace para la devolución de uno de los pagos.

@burn47 thank you for the heads up. From my side, I only see 1 subscription on Google Play/Android, ending May 11 4:15pm. Can you check with your payment method to confirm if 1 is a pending charge or pending authorization, and 1 is the actual transaction? If both charges did go through, please contact Google Play to request a refund for the duplicate charge here:
