Missing C.O.R.E. Subscription benefits, but subscription count ticked up

I did not receive any C.O.R.E. Subscription benefits for this month, even though the subscription statistic/counter shows “3”. My inventory capacity is still 2500.
I am using an iPhone, with iOS 14.4.2 and Ingress Prime 2.68.2.
I am attaching screenshots showing a lack of VR items, Boosts, CMU, and one with the Months Subscribed. I appreciate that these don’t really show anything, since I could have used the items, but I trust you can review my account and see that I have not.

@NianticOfficial who do I need to talk to about my account? My money got taken out but I have not received any loadout. Everyone I've talked to has already received theirs. Please let me know if I need to cancel my account or if there is a issue getting loadouts.
A charge may occasionally be listed on your account 24 hours before you receive your load out. Just give it time and see what happens tomorrow.
They actually took money on Thursday. All my other friends have gotten their's. But I'll give it another day or so. Then I guess I'll try and get my money back and quit the C.O.R.E. program.
You could try submitting a help ticket with Ingress support. Just go to their website and click Support. Or just Google Ingress Support and the Remy bot link will be at the top.
Don't worry. Mine got charged yesterday but I only got the load out kit today. There's a few hours of delay.
Same. 2 days, no bonus items

Today I paid for the 3rd C.O.R.E. subscription.
I knew the bonus would be less this time.
However, I was unpleasantly surprised when I received nothing at all:
- neither CMU grant
- neither loadout
Had to terminate the subscription. This month is the last.
I have the same problem, my third month subscription and nothing was upload to my scanner. There is event with bonus for hack but I can hack because I have my storage above of 2100 items. I hope NIA give apologize with more items.
Have you already tried to open a ticket through Support?
@NianticBrian It has now been 4 days since subscription renewal and I have still not seen the items.
Being forced to use in app support sucks. I submitted my help ticket, and it was closed because I didn’t respond. I don’t have my phone with me at work.
