I have lost my sojourner streak at day 1703 because I had the issue described in this bug report:

How/where can I ask Niantic to recover my sojourner streak?

Suggestion for other agents who are trying to maintain their sojourner streak: leave some free space in your inventory and keep unused passcode because it seems now the only working escape from the "black screen" issue is to redeem passcode via intel map. I was unable to use this workaround because my inventory was above 2000.
