For this kind of problem, contact in-app support directly, as is a problem only with your account.
Also, better not share your email here, edit and delete it, for your own safety @Parecoul 👍
Clean cache / app data probably will fix it, works for me.

Redeem a passcode using https://intel.ingress.com/intel
Is there a solution if you've already redeemed all passcodes?
There's current intermittent delays today, so "Keep restarting" has worked for many. If you've got multi-days long black screen of doom, then see if you can find a list of the Forever Codes, and try some that you may not have redeemed. Or find an IFS site with a passcode you haven't tried, since it's unlikely you got every one of them.
I have more than 2000 items in my inventory so when i try to redeem passcode i just get "XM object capacity reached" message.
Already cleared data/cache, reinstalled application, rebooted phone, tried to login on another phone - black screen still not solved.
there has been reports the last days of very unstable scanner and intel issues.. seems to go up and down for many.. black screen when try sign in etc.. whats going on niantic ?

Umm ugh. Well it's back again this morning. Tested client at home on phone data. Was working. Drove 20 minutes to a place that I could walk around and play. Wasted 15 minutes trying to get the client to load. Finally loaded. Started playing. Then client freezes up trying to recycle keys. Spend another 10 minutes attempting to load the client. Ended up giving up. I decided to play another GPS game and donated to it. Same amount that I spend on my Ingress subscription.
Issue has been occurring the past few days. Ofer2 even mentioned it on another thread.
You guys aren't pushing updates before the weekend and just letting the issue sit all weekend are you?
Maybe you could link them to support since they can't load their client. Just a thought...

In fact I already found support site and filed a ticket with their bot, but the worst thing is that I will break my 4+ years hacking streak in approximately 2 hours because of this bug.
Pretty simple. https://support.ingress.com. Saying you can't is straight up bad advice...
Hmm, it took a draft that I deleted and added to it. Mobile vanilla forums is no bueno.
Did some further testing.
When logging in via my mobile device on my data plan with Verizon, I got a black screen. Repeatedly.
When logging in via my mobile device using my data plan, using Cloudflare's DNS (1.1.1.1) black screen
When logging in via my mobile device on my home internet (WIFI) using Google's DNS, I log in without a problem.
*Above results from when I first tested around 8 AM CST / 6 AM PST
Now working across the board. I'm guessing something changed. (11 AM CST / 9 AM PST)
So I contacted support and here is my conversation with them so far:
Me: I have the issue described here: https://community.ingress.com/en/discussion/13898/blank-screen-only-in-game. There is a workaround solution described here: https://community.ingress.com/en/discussion/14319/black-screen-solution but I cannot apply that workaround because my inventory is full (so I cannot redeem a passcode). I really don't want to loose my long sojourner strike because of this issue. So please can you remove some few dosens resonators/bursters from my account so I will be able redeem a passcode and use proposed workaround solution?

Me: I cannot go to the in-game inventory because I'm facing the issue described here: https://community.ingress.com/en/discussion/13898/blank-screen-only-in-game. When I start game after showing niantic and ingress logos my screen becames black. Please read my previous message for more details.

How someone can recommend to recycle some items if you cant open the app... 🤦🏻♂️
