[2.67.1] Portal location edit marker cannot be moved

Attempting to move the location edit marker in the Contribute to this Portal menu will not stay in the intended proper location on the map and will return/default back to it’s current incorrect location. Originally suspected as a unique problem to a specific portal, this issue was duplicated while attempting to edit other portal locations.

I’ve discovered that this is not a bug, but a change made by Niantic in 2020 that only allows portal location edits within 10 meters.
