Reporting system delay

When using the report system you have to either open an incognito window or wait an undetermined (by me) amount of time before submitting another report. By the guidelines if reporting multiple accounts a unique report should be submitted for each account, so needing to open an incognito window or waiting until it resets is not ideal. Please add a reset or new report trigger command so that isn't required.
This is a limitation of the helpdesk system that Niantic uses. Not really something they can fix themselves. The incognito window is a very easy and workable solution though.
I recommend using https://support.ingress.com in a browser rather than the in game button though.
That's not a solution, it's a work around. Also, you're just restating what I asked. I utilize the scanner and the website, and as I stated in my post, having to wait or use an incognito window is not ideal. Incidentally, I've worked with ticketing systems before and I've never encountered a scenario where you can't ask a new question without doing what we need to do with this system. That's why I'm reporting it as a bug.
"Niantic cannot fix this".
This is a limitation of the Helpshift platform that Niantic uses across all of it's products.
