Missing Items with 2021 NL-1331 Birthday Kit

Today I received the 2021 NL-1331 Birthday Kit in the mail. I have two problems with it. First thing is that the description of the kit said that 2 VR load out cards would be included. However, I only received one. The other problem is that the NL-1331 2021 medal code is not working. On the Buffalo's FS telegram channel, two other agents also only received 1 VR loadout card and the 2021 Fleet medal code isn't working.
Anyone that has received their kit also seen the same thing?
Assuming so, will be interested to see how this will be corrected.

I had the same thing happen plus 2 of my character cards are missing passcodes on the bottom.
I've sent an email to brand fuel seeking some help fixing the oversights.
I didn't think the situation with the kits could be any worse.
I was wrong.

That's a boilerplate template message for Brand Fuel websites.
For example:
As passcodes are generated by Niantic, they will have to provide a remedy for this regardless of Brand Fuel. It's more egregious if this is old stock because it means Niantic didn't review the cards before shipping them to Brand Fuel - as I'm interpreting Brand Fuel does the shipping but they're based out of North Carolina.
👋 would you be able to pop some images of the backs of the character cards which are missing the passcodes please?
Of course don't share them if they have passcodes 😅

I don't know if Brand Fuel printed these but it looks like the passcodes were never printed onto them.
I hope the guys flogging sets on ebay get burned by this.

I'd like to verify that two locals and myself have all the same issues except the three character badges we all have DO have codes. We haven't tried to redeem them yet.
I completely agree. When the issue was people missing cards/items from the kit I felt it appropriate to first direct them to the customer support of the company providing the kit, however, I'm seeing people posting cards w/ codes missing, etc., and am not sure where to point them at this time. If you're unhappy w/ the product received I still suggest FIRST making sure that you contact the company you purchased through, and then reaching out to the company providing the actual item. As of now, all I can say is that I've been told it has been escalated to NIA.

Do you see an error message when you attempt to redeem the NL-1331 passcode? If so, what does it say?
"Invalid passcode" as if I typed random text into it.
@SmurfHunter that's actually good news because then I think I know what the issue is. The NL-1331 2020 Medal does exist, it looks like this below, and I should be able to renew all of the passcodes that were printed on these physical cards shortly. I'll reply back here after I push.
You mind talking to some of the other members of the team and releasing the medal for purchase on the store? Only that medal and nothing else from the kit.
I will agree that maybe I'm asking a lot, but I'd rather ask and receive a hard No, instead of whatever else.
@SmurfHunter I re-pushed the passcodes. Can you check to see if your passcode printed on your NL-1331 Medal Card works now?

Hi, I'm trying to make a biocard template (And my pack is still on ship, it will be a long wait), so could you be so kind to share a photo about Enlightened and Unaligned alignments stamp on other cards like Resistance stamp in this pic?
Only stamps is just OK, no need to share the full photo of entire backside. (And keep passcodes out of photo.)
@HonestEl we're first making the NL-1331 2020 Medal and physical merch available via Niantic Shop, but after we go through the physical merch we have on hand, the plan is to add this as a digital Loadout Kit in the future. We want to go through the physical merch first, and I think there are several waves of Kits (where Wave 1 sold out rather quickly), then make the NL-1331 2020 Medal available to all Agents through the in-game Store with CMU.
Um. Shouldn't it be 2021 as advertised on the shop? :X
