Distance is not being computed

I recently returned to the game expecting to get the new medal, however, my game does not update the statistics of Km walked and that is why my kinetic capsule apparently does not work.

You need to have the game open for the distance to count, Adventure Sync isn't available in Ingress. It'll update the distance every 5 minutes or so. Also, if you're going too fast (on bike or car), distance also isn't counted.
All actions were taken on foot and with the game open, since Sunday I walk about 5Km daily and nothing has been computed. I have the pokemon running adventure sync with the same email as ingress, could this be interfering with the count?
In distance walked it says 0 KM, is this the all time tab of stats, month or week?

@Henrimartins we looked into this further and it doesn't seem to be a Kinetic Capsule-related bug; we're not seeing any walked distance returned from your device. I don't think Pokemon GO running with Adventure Sync should impact this. If you're getting your distance tracked on Pokemon GO, then Ingress eventually adding Adventure Sync should presumably fix this bug. In the meantime, I have a few questions:
