[Optima Challenge] Not all completed capsules were counted

I have already walked the 4 Capsules required for the event, however the stat in the profile which just now appeared only shows "1". I'll walk more tomorrow, so I'm not afraid of not getting the medal, but I'd still be nice if the missing three completed capsules could be added.

Hmm I just finished an 8 km one and just started a 2km one. Yet I've already completed one? Hmm. Seems suspicious...
I claimed one kcap ~50 minutes after event began, at ~16:49UTC and it's not counted.
None of my four capsules counted towards event stat.
I assume Niantic forgot to enable the tracking for the Capsules and only enabled it a short time ago. All completed capsules are counted, even those started before the event, so you got one point as well.
It's the same for me after completing the module and opening it within the window.

I claimed 5 2-Km long programs but only the 5th has been counted for the event. Times in the screenshot are UTC+1.

I think "Kinetic Capsules Completed" was counted after 3/19 17:30 (UTC). The screen shot took in Japan (JST+9).
I completed one, 18h France (UTC+1), and no stat
2 capsules completed, but no event counter in my profile yet. Time in screenshots is UTC+1
Did 4 ada>Jarvis.. 1810, 1914, 2006, 2117.. Not sure what my stats were before, says 48 now.

I finished a 2km sbul at the start of the event not counted. The 2nd was counted today. So I'm at 1 where I should have 2.
I switched my first capsule from 7.9km to 8 two minutes after event start and it didn't count. The second one was ready over 4 hours later and did count.
The capsule completed at 17. 25 is not in the count

You need to complete 4 capsules. It doesn't matter if they're 2km or 4km, but you'll need to complete 4 capsules.
Me pasa lo mismo. Hice una kinetic pasado las 14 hrs del viernes 19 y ya desapareció el aviso y ahora solo me cuenta la que hice en la tarde después de las 19hrs. Quiero ayuda de niantic pero al querer reportar un bug ni resulta. Lo haré por stat.
Hi, I walked yesterday to complete two (2) programs for Jarvis Virus. For the first program I put items on kinetic capsule between 5 or 10 after start hour (16.00 UTC).
On my event stats only counts one of the two completed kinetic capsule program.
This are screenshots from scanner, my local time is UTC-3.
I will be waiting for the answers :)

The same thing happened to me and the same time zone came down, in fact he (AresNahuel) is my husband. I did the first kinetic capsule at 14.31 on Friday and the second one at 19.54. I have videos in both achievements but in the one at 14.31 there is a visual error. Only through the scanner I could send the videos in this forum does not let me upload them.
