@Blakjac1014 I think I may have figured this out. Can you see if you can open your Kinetic Capsule? However, I don't recommend starting a new Program right now at the 8.0km distance. If you can open your Kinetic Capsule, then I would wait until tomorrow (Fri) when the event starts, and Kinetic Capsule distance is dropped to 2.0km for the Very Rare Shield, Heat Sink, Multi-Hack, and SoftBank Ultra Link Programs.
@Thund3r11 can you see if you can open your Kinetic Capsule, and let me know? If you can open your Kinetic Capsule, then I would wait until tomorrow (Fri) to start a new Program so you don't get stuck with an 8.0km distance just before the event.

I've finished resetting everyone's Kinetic Capsule. You should be able to open them now, but I'd recommend waiting until tomorrow (Fri) after the start of the Optima Global Challenge to start a new Program so you can use the 2.0km distance. Thank you.

@3car there were several different things that seemed to have happened, depending on the Agent. For some, it happened after a Faction change while a Program was running. Some Agents were somehow able to get more than 1 Kinetic Capsule, but only 1 is able to run. We're still working on fixes, but I now know how to fix all different known cases.
Since the original Agents reporting this error have been fixed, I'm going to close this specific thread to better track new bug reports that might come in. If you find this thread and you're seeing an issue with your Kinetic Capsule, please create a new bug report with your Kinetic Capsule ID and any information you might be able to share to help us reproduce how your Kinetic Capsule may have entered this bad state. @AnalorKatsu just closing the loop that I also reset your Kinetic Capsule, and you should now be able to run a new Program. Thank you for your patience.

Still stuck on 7.9 km when wil it be fixed this is what I see on the moment
