2.61.3 - Mod icon randomly broken in Kinetic Capsule reward pop up

As the title says and screenshots show, it's a bug that appears randomly when you complete a Kinetic Capsule and claim the reward.
I've only used the SoftBank Ultra Link recipe from the beginning of Kinetic Capsules and have experienced this in multiple versions of Ingress Prime app.
I would say that in previous versions I saw the Link Amp icon instead of a Shield, but didn't take screenshots.

This seems fixed in 2.67.1 at least for me, kinetic completed and correct mod icon appears.
How many Kinetic Capsules have you completed? It appears randomly.
I just ended one today and see the correct icon
Complete 9 more and report back. If 10/10 are correct, it should be fixed. I would say around the half I complete had the broken icon in previous versions.
I can confirm that it is still broken on 2.67.1, last capsule I finished showed the white square. Can also confirm that it is random when it appears.
Yes, today i completed capsules and in all didnt show the icon.
