@NianticBrian I have a variation on the same problem. I lost my extra 500 slots of inventory space, but the app says I’m still subscribed. I do not, however, see a charge run against my card yet.

Hello, it's been three days since My subscription was renewed and the money was taken from my bank account and my ingress account came back without a subscription
I have a core suscription that is set on auto renewal each month. Subscription renewed this month but I didn't receive the 7000 CMU for this second month.
I'm having the same problem as everyone here, just renewed my CORE subscription today March 17. Money has been drawn from my account and I have tried all the game actions suggested, but there is no change in status for my Ingress account. Am still at 2000 items and no loadout kit. A quick fix would be very much appreciated.

@Henc I updated your account with the C.O.R.E. Loadout Kit and 7,000 CMU. Can you confirm that you have 2,500 inventory space?

Yes, I have 2500 inventory space and it seems like I've got apex's. Is the battle beacon not being given out for the loadout?

I can confirm that both @IntoTheMystic and i are both iOS users. I am iOS 14.4
Battle beacon is only given if you're recursed.
2 days after, still no monthly kit :(
Same for me.
C.O.R.E. subscription expired on Mar. 10th in spite of my renewal payment is successful.
And the inventory limit backs to normal.
I've recursed before. Not in the last month but overall.
Same problem here, i paid i can proof i have a subscription till april.

I have the exact same issue. Core subscription has been extended and payed until April 11, but now I am missing the 500 extra inventory spaces.

After getting this message I get Scanner communication error. Is that a part of the problem? Have tried several times with a restarted scanner.
My order was made via App Store, order no MLJF3JZ3H6.
