niantic can't seem to remove an invalid picture for an ingress portal

I am reporting a bug, as directed by @NianticGray in the wayfarer forums.
we have been trying since at least dec 2019 to have this invalid, phtoshopped, completely fabricated photo containing player identifying information removed from the ingress scanner app.
[NB: the submitter has a history of these kinds of shenanigans. as far as i know, this is the last remaining one that needs to be removed. please, can we just remove it already? ]

Can you prove it doesn't exist there? Just annex a picture taken by you, should be enough.
Also, you should do it on community.wayfarer.com not here.

@NianticGray actually suggested "in-app support" which is https://support.ingress.com
I'd say give it a few days though, as it may take some time for the removal to filter through the various databases.
@GorillaSapiens if the Wayfarer team confirmed they've already removed this photo (which I believe that's what NianticGray is saying), then this should get updated with the next sync we have with Wayfarer; however, there are other reports of Portal photos taking longer than expected to show up in Ingress, which I suspect is why there's currently this inconsistency you reported. We'll investigate further on our end, thank you for the heads up.

AGAIN, not my mess, Niantic needs to eat their own dog food here, we've been trying since DECEMBER 2019 to clean this up, everybody agrees that this needs to get cleaned up, now let's just get it done...

@GorillaSapiens this should now be fixed. I only see 2 Portal photos associated with this Portal, and they don't include the one you shared a screenshot of.
