Did you suddenly try to close and reopen the game? It has happened to me a couple of times but it has been because of the bad coverage of my mobile internet, you can try to see if it improves
That's some sort of caching issue, but not because it's not showing portals at the end of links.
The portals that it is showing, do not exist.
Looks like something that lingers when viewing a portal remotely
