[Bug] Taps do not move carousel 'sometimes'.

As seen in this video, sometimes when you tap the carousel item left of center, it will move left as expected. However, sometimes it gets into a mode where it initially is non-responsive, then acts like the hit area for the central item has expanded across the whole left item.
I see this commonly, when I'm recycling X6s and X5s, then move to recycle any excess R5s and R6s.

Yes, noticed this problem sometimes in the latest versions, cant identify since when.

However this has been happening for at least the last 6 months. I just never got around to getting video of it.
