Kinetic Crafting: new items and recipes suggestions
As the new Kinetic Capsule came in, new posibilities came in aswell. these are just some ideas:
Crafted Mods: new mods that mix up properties of rare mods. These mods still apply the multiple mod reduction and would add up a new level into the mod deploying. To prevent Quantum Capsule abuse, any crafted mod would be Very Rare. Here are the recipe suggestions:

Other Crafted Items: Kinetic could also be used to created other Very Rare items, like Quantum Capsules or flip cards, appart from already existing recipes.

I just want to turn excess low level xmps into resonators
I like the idea but some combinations are rather meaningless. Nobody would use them... Multihack with Turret... If the opponent farms it costs him more XM... Most of your suggestions should probably compensate if you use a farm mod instead of a defensive mod. But I wouldn't abuse this for that now. Parts like a Shield + Turret or Shield + Force amp would be interesting. But that would be a real gamechanger. Maybe you can build in a key component or limit such mods to 1 per portal to avoid conditions like with the AXA-Shields.
Yes, I'm aware some of them are pretty useless, just listed them as a possible combination.
About the limitation, I don't think it is necessary since mods already have the 75% debuff and this would still apply.
I didn't understand that AXA thing, I don't recall any limitation on Aegis shields rather than exceeding de 100 units shielding.
I actually like the idea of powerful mods being only able to be produced in Kapsules and not hackable. But some measures against walking bots are badly needed.

Viruses aren't that powerful
I'd use jarvis or adas to convert them, so they will have a limit
Perhaps these recipees shouldn't take 8km each. Maybe just 4km so it can keep rounded values with current 40 km limit?

I genuinely hate the idea of "combo mods" like "shield + force amp". Just use two mods.
New mods would be cool. Mods that staple two mods together... no.
i hope they do soon common to rare.. i dont feel like burning my rare stuff to get 1 vr mod.. not worth it imo only the softbank maybe..
they could do was create a new medal for the creation of VR mods. "Transmutation", when I saw how the capsule works, I remembered the transmutation of lead into gold.
Jarvis/ADA. As a rural player with no or very few players, viruses will really be helpful to flip portal, rebuild and field.
Niantic announced new kinetic programs with reduced distance, perhaps something of this is coming in!
Agree. My RHS and RMH are more valuable to me than the return of a single VR. I only use the KC to make SBUL, of which I have far more than I need right now so my KC hasn't been running lately.
I don't hate this idea. I kind of like this idea.
I wonder if other modified KCaps could be be added- perhaps with reduced functionality. Ex., 3 R6s --> 1 R7 from some short walking distance. It could potentially make it easier to get higher level gear, especially for rural players that might not be in super portal dense areas.
They have reduced the program length of the current patterns multiple times now for special events. I'd expect them to introduce multiple kinetic capsules before we get additional patterns.
Yeah to that, but also to make other recipes for short periods of time and disable them later. (eg. changing adas for jarvis and viceversa)
I'm only interested in making softbanks. If I run out of link amps, I don't bother starting a new kinetic capsule until I get more link amps. I would welcome more recipe options.
I disagree. You can flip enemy portals with JVs particularly when you do not have other agents to help you build a farm.
I use them way more often to flip friendly portals to clear stray links, rethrow field engines, or complete "captures" for missions flipping an enemy portal does nothing but waste potential AP.
Or allows you to retain the mods and resonators on the portal while giving ownership over to one person which is a strategic gain.

While I believe we will only get to choose along those that were tested during the Optima Challenge, I don't want to miss the chance to refloat this post and collect some more suggestions.

Will reiterate mine then: VR Turrets and Force Amps, non-hackable but only obtained through Kinetic Capsules.
Actually any completely new mod (or item) will do. The main idea is that the item shouldn't be hackable at all. Very Rare Turrets / Force Amps is the first thing which comes to my mind: they should be quite easy to develop since Rare ones already exist. Tune coefficients (most importantly bump stickiness) and done.
It would be awesome to be able to reverse, like turning 1 r-shields into 3 c-shields? And to make itos.! Recipe for ito+, 10 forceamps? Walk for 1,6 mil?
i want a force amp and turret combined into 1 mod thats only possible crafting. would be cool.
