2.63.2 CRASH on Android 6.0

Before Ver. 2.63.1: Everything is perfect.
Ver. 2.63.1: Like many players, I encountered a black screen problem.
Ver. 2.63.2: Most players have solved the problem. But I either encountered a crash or stuck at the Niantic logo.
I tried to use "adb logcat" to capture the log and got these:
So is the crash related to this libardk_client_platform.so? I notice that a Pokemon Go player on reddit also encountered a similar crash not long ago.
Model: HUAWEI MT7-TL10
OS: Android 6.0 (EMUI 4.0)
App version: Ingress Prime 2.63.2

The technical support should solve the problem. I just share my experience. I have the same phone as you. At the moment, I can only advise you to try to enter many times, the game starts sometimes.

This is probably a rare problem. Besides, with Niantic's efficiency in fixing bugs, I don't expect this bug to be fixed in a short time.
I have managed to get a new device due to this bug. If you want to continue playing the game, I suggest you do the same. 😂
Installed a new update 2.65.1 the problem disappeared =)

We're rolling out Ingress 2.65 to all Agents now, and it has some additional changes that may help address the black screen issue reported here. Can you let me know if you're still seeing this after updating to 2.65?

There is no known issues with android 10 actually, try removing cache, uninstall and install latest version 2.65.1
I also have this same issue suddenly, only occurred today.
Last night and previous days were fine, even when people reported this bug after 2.63 release.
Just blank, no globe spinning animation after Ingress logo and no update was done to Ingress (already on latest version from several days ago) 2.65.1, android 10. Pocophone F1
Have cleared cache, uninstall, shutdown & turn on & re-install, no luck.
FYI Pogo is fine, HPWU still the same old black screen from last year which I can trick to make it working by switching language.
I have this same issue - Black screen after Ingress logo.

This is apparently fixed overnight, not sure what they do but after a whole day of black screen and can't do anything, I tried it the next morning and it loaded just fine (no shutdown/restarting phone or re-install), lucky enough the sojourner is not being reset to 0.
Thanks for quickly getting it fixed, hopefully I can say the same for HPWU but one step at a time
