[Bug] Captured portals do not display as Captured

Well, this portal is actually held by myself as you can see, but it doesn't show as CAPTURED with the filters.
I already tried to refresh the page, zoom in and out.

Do the ornaments show up correctly if you refresh intel and load the layers without having selected any portals?

I had this happen to me, on a portal I had first captured about a week ago. I went back and placed an additional resonator on it, and it immediately showed as captured on Intel. Best guess is that my original capture was during their sweep of history.
I've looked into this. The data on the server is there. If after you refresh, you dont click on the portal, but just change the layer do you see it? (clicking on the portal will make it disappear)

Loaded page
When page is loaded and area finished loading (the portal I mentionned is visible on screen), I switched layer to show Captured
Marker doesn't appear
Changed to visited, this marker appear
This looks like a visual bug. Zoom out and zoom in sets it right.
As I said in first post, it doesn't work
I looked at the data and it has both captured and visited as marked. Can you let me know if this isnt fixed in the next release?

it is possible that the problem occurs when we use the ADA Refactor/JARIVIS Virus
yesterday i captured the portal using a ADA Refactor and i am marked portal as not captured (is marked as visited)

AFAIK using a flipcard doesn't give you an unique capture by design.
Not in my case, as Ofer2 told that the data for visited and captured exist on servers :)
@ofer2 I have a similar problem with a portal that does not display as Captured or Visited on the Intel map. This a portal which I submitted and I know that I have captured and visited on many occasions.
I have tried checking the Intel map on three different devices now and this portal shows on all three as if I have never visited or captured it. (Devices: Android phone, Android Tablet, Windows laptop). I have tried refreshing the Intel map and it still does not display as Captured or Visited.

The thing is, did you 'reload' or, hard 'reload the page (clear page cache)??
Sure, also tried from different devices and nothing changes
If a portal was moved, is not marked as hacked or captured?

@ofer2 Hi ! Just to let you know that the same issue happen on this exact same portal in-game.
I'm no more owner, but it should appear as captured.
There is the same problem with sout controller
I am controller but no tag on scanner / intell
I have one of those, too. Captured a portal, then later came back to re-take with ADA just before the "portal history" was released on intel.
Currently, this portal is "not captured" both on intel and in scanner. What's also interesting, I did exactly the same to another portal in that location, but few weeks earlier (not just before release) - that portal does have "captured" circle, as expected.
No idea if this was from a level change, it's from yesterday. I must've seen 20 portals I've captured show blank.
Yup, level change is responsible for the indicator to disappear, Niantic stated when they released it they're already aware of it.
@ofer2 With the new update published to the Intel Map, it's still broken.
And moreover, the "Invert" filter show the portal as "Not Captured" if I activate it 😅
