My Ingress Prime account is not loading

Are you able to sign in to Intel Map? Do you have multiple Ingress accounts? For example, @jamalware and @AlgeneralJamal?
I have of lately had this issue happen but am mostly able to fix it by full exit and restarting prime

I have the same problem AlgeneralJamal reports. It all started on the 21st Jan after an update! Any news about this?
I upgraded at midnight and had to restart the mobile to run it. It does work properly now. I feel it a bit lagging but it might be my hardware as well.
So far, so good. I feel rested now.

I am having an issue with the game. I am running v2.63.2 over my Vivo Y51 phone. I am stuck at the Niantic logo. This is all the phone I can play it with. Pokemon Go is running perfectly well in the phone.
