Horizontal key lists do not distinguish neutral and unloaded portals

*Description of the issue*
Horizontal key lists, such as those that appear when interacting with capsules, use grey, empty XM bars to indicate both portals that are neutral and portals whose statuses have not yet loaded, making the two visually indistinguishable. The ellipsis that can appear in place of a portal's photo indicates an unloaded photo, not an unloaded status, both of which can occur independently.

Look for the level. If the level doesn't appear to the left of the text, it hasn't been loaded yet.
While this isn't wrong, something larger like XM bars is far easier to spot when scrolling through keys to find ones to recharge. The same is true of levels on the vertical key list.
Well if it's working properly, there's also a loading animation over the portal. At least there is for me. It's pretty clear.
As I noted in the bug report, the loading animation indicates an unloaded photo, not an unloaded portal status.
Then why does it appear on loaded portal images?
As indicated in this bug report, horizontal key lists are the ones that appear in capsule management views. What you posted is a vertical key list. The loading indicator in vertical key lists uses thin lines that can be difficult to quickly see in sunlight and is mentioned in a separate bug report.
