I would buy the big fracker pack to support the game (I still have the 5 ones given for free, frackers are not part of my daily play) BUT since they count against inventory, I won't. Same for Apex and other boosts. Consider enabling the does_not_count_against_inventory flag for boosts to encourage people to take advantage of this kind of sales, please!
@burinoko it looks like you claimed the 0 CMU bundle, which doesn't include Hypercubes. The 5,000 CMU paid bundle does. Are you possibly reporting this for another Agent codename?
@blueaquamarine I see that you claimed the 0 CMU bundle, but the 0 CMU bundle does not come with Hypercubes. What Agents are reporting here is that they purchased the 5,000 CMU bundle, which should have included 25 Hypercubes and 25 Power Cubes at your Agent Level (up to L8).
For approx 80 minutes yesterday, the 5,000 CMU bundle showed the 25 Hypercubes in the Store and in the redemption animation but failed to grant the items. This has now been fixed for new purchases going forward.

@JRago I do see that you purchased the 5,000 CMU bundle, but you did so after the 80-minute window when the item wasn't working correctly, and I also see that 25 Hypercubes and 25 Power Cubes were granted to your inventory on Thurs, 11/26.
I'm pretty sure that I didn't either but I could be wrong.
Is there some reason that people have to request the missing hypercubes here rather than systemically going through all of the people who purchased the erroneous bundle and correcting the error? I would like to see Niantic be proactive about this rather than reactive.
