Trusted reporter contacted but almost 72 hours passed and no answer was given
Title basically. I contacted TR about a spoofer affecting some hardly-to-reach portals but it's almost 72 hours and I will didn't get an answer if they'll escalate it or no.
I filled the Google Form and message the BOT following the format as said in the BOT message but didn't get any response within 48h as said in the original post about the TR program.
As community, we're a little worried that they'll not take any actions about it and we caught this account capturing and deploying mods in portals that are hard to reach at 3am (top mountain).
Is it normal that it takes more than 48h hours to review the request? Did anyone had to wait so much?
Because what scared us is that the action was performed about 5 days ago and you can report incident only in the last 7 days and I reported it myself on Saturday.

I imagine if you reported it 3 days ago, they'll still cover it. They're agents too so the backlog may have been building.
Something worth checking though. The bot does have intermittend downtime, so there is a chance you submitted a request while the bot was down.
If you enter /start and it doesn't return a response, the bot is likely down. Contact a VG in that case so we can inform Niantic and help you with that report.
If you don't hear from them, you can also try to request an update on your report via the bot.
If I enter /start the bot give a response.
Seems strange, used one time some months before and then never used again.
The only thing that is different, is that my Telegram account expired (I set delete if away for a month) during the pandemic when I stopped playing and I had to recreate it when I started to play again.
Maybe some filter on that? But I doubt.
Will wait a few more days, then I'll ping the BOT asking for an update as you said.

THe bot only forwards messages. There isn't a filter. The bot may have been down at the time you sent the original report.
Ping them again for an update, don't wait for a couple of days. If they tell you they haven't received the TG report, then resubmit it.
Pinged the BOT and asked info about my report, they said that NIA has reviewed the ticket and actions were taken where appropriate.
I think the BOT was down when they send the response giving you the ticket ID or maybe they forgot to send that.
