Niantic will not comment on the reasons for a ban on specific accounts. Especially not on a public forum. And they also do not disclose the exact reason for the ban in the termination email.
You would also have no proof that no warnings have been issued.
As such, you have no basis to call this ban unjust, as you do not have the information needed to make that call.
I may not have all elements in hand, but I have been playing for several years in the same gaming community as one of the banned agent (pr0m), which gives me an idea of his probity much better than that of an average player.
I agree with that. Let's say I vouch for him at 95%, then. In any case, in view of the false positives of the last few days, not to mention the fact that he has been a top-10 player in the world (AP-wise) for several years, a thorough verification of this case seems legitimate to me.
High ap doesn't give anyone a free pass. Everyone, regardless of their profile, is subject to the ToS they agreed to when they created their account Those with false positives have had their bans overturned on appeal
The fact that these players didn't would indicate there's more to their bans than what you're aware of.

You can never 100% vouch for what another player does with their account. You simply don't have all the information.
