All agents data is opened
I can see all comm logs about any agent on
Is it official ingress tool? I have already created same topic before but no one from niantic gives any feedback.
@NianticAkshay @NianticAndrew @NianticAustin @NianticBrian @NianticCasey @NianticOfficial @NianticBC Could you explain what is this?

this is a third party website, no legit player is using it.... niantic should close it down
What Niantic should be doing is a system revamp so this data is not so indexable!!
They already can identify users that have high intensity Intel usage. Perhaps making Intel map access require a minimul agent level? Or the tutorial?
Basically, it is a search engine or indexing engine with intel as data source. All of the data comes from intel. The developer is indeed not Niantic. I am honestly not really sure whether it is against Niantic ToS or not. Let Niantic decide it whether it is considered as illegal third party app that need to be shut down or third party tools which is not against ToS (like online decoding tools).
It's against ToS.
Don't ever touch it, please. You could lose your account.
For what reason can you lose your account? If it's not tracked lol :|
Because it's a third party app that uses your google (ingress) login.
This thing can track your mod deployment. This is not on Intel.
And I heard there's is a tool to locate your position based on your conversation at comm too.
I thought that only "fabulous" people use their real Google login ...
learn to play legit loser stop scraping data u are not allowed just ruins the game for everyone
Niantic should close this thread NOW. We are not here to promote illegal practices. Learn to play legit, ask your faction and enforce Niantic ToS.
Comm Lat/Long is recentered in the middle of an S-cell, so it never gives away your actual location. Only the "Agent X recursed" message uses your exact Lat/Long, so don't press recurse at home.
Do not play ingress if you dont want to be tracked. Everyone from the intel map can see your location in real time while you are plaing.
Which part of the service is ruined a game? Links info, fields info or agents captured portals list? We only provide history from the intel map and we havnt secure data that is not available for each agent.
U are breaking the TOS, it doesnt matter if data is visible or not it doesnt give u right to use it to track users like u do.
The data from the Intel map is not supposed to be indexed or cataloged, and you agree not to when signing up for any of their games. https://nianticlabs.com/terms/en/
6 Conduct, General Prohibitions, and Niantic’s Enforcement Rights
You agree that you are responsible for your own conduct and User Content while using the Services, and for any consequences thereof. In addition, you agree not to do any of the following, unless applicable law mandates that you be given the right to do so:
...
extract, scrape, or index the Services or Content (including information about users or gameplay);
Well I think that is useful so all user can check for cheats from other players. If u don't have anything to hide it's not a problem
so you need to cheat to be able to acuse someone else of cheating ?
privacy violation is big issue, and if you violate it you cannot simply tell, if you have nothing to hide you should be fine. you dont ned to scrape data to report cheating. and if you use scaperd data to report cheaters you are subnmitting valid report. only you should report yourself for ToS violation. indexing scrapers are no better then people who spoof down BAFs.
Wich size is sCells? 17 is already too small, I don't a scrapper to figure out the block I live and the closest portal.
My nickname is also duplicated on this site, how can I delete it?
This allows agents to see all my logs..
This is not a Niantic site. You'd have to take up legal action against the site itself.
Haven't we been down this road before? Third party sites that index data is against tos. There's no enforcement of it by Niantic but it's frowned upon by legit players.
It's the same road same site. This one has been up (under different names) for years. They don't care, they're just turning a profit.
It’s not that simple. First off they have to know where the site’s servers are, and follow that location’s local and National laws for dealing with this kind of issue. Just because you can access the site in your country doesn’t mean its servers are there. That’s why so many anime and other pirated content sites exist in the surface Internet, because some countries have little or no restrictions/laws against hosting such pirated content within their country.
Its not as easy as simply issuing a cease and desist, there’s a LOT of legality and potential liability. The better option would be to close off the access used by such sites, such as what PoGo did to ‘take down’ interactive map sites showing where certain Pokémon were more likely to appear, etc. However, doing this to Ingress would also likely result in having to take down the Intel Map altogether.
Because when the operating entity is based in a country like Russia or Barbados, it's very hard to compel local law enforcement to act.
V.V. Putin from KGB will never betray his agents.
