Please provide a list of phone performance levels.
Dear Niantic,
upon reading this: Bug: Treat GS10, OnePlus 5, and OnePlus 6 as high performance devices I'm wondering about the full list of devices and how their performance levels are being handled, since it's quite frankly a bit ridiculous that devices like the SGS10 line and OnePlus 5 and 6 were being treated as low performance up until 2.25.2.
Another one that is a pixely mess although it shouldn't be is the Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact since it only has a 720p screen but a Snapdragon 835 SoC.
Could you please disclose the list of device performance levels to clear up the confusion? Many thanks in advance!

It's strange to me such a thing would even be phone brand/model based and not just based on whatever hardware there is available...
Performance level is largely dictated by the processing power of the phone. I believe it's primarily GPU limited. The OnePlus 3/3T and similar phones will perform poorly for now. They really need to just add an animation off switch
Is it possible to add a setting so we can downgrade our graphics even if we're on a high performance phone? The app looks much better on my Galaxy S4 than on my S10. I assume the difference is that the S4 is a low performance phone (it is really old).
To adjust the graphics level, ie the screen resolution, can be done in the android display settings
You can add the Samsung Galaxy S7 to the list of devices that support are not sure about. Game hangs after every hour of playtime, and often does not sync, requires force sync.
1440x2560 , 4GB ram , octa-core chipset 4x 2.3 , Android 8.0.
Like @pugmaster, aside from being less stable than redacted, the pixels are tiny and make portals look like pinpricks in the night sky. Perfectly smooth though.
