[Known Issue] Softlock when recharging multiple Portals

We're aware of and investigating a softlock that occurs on Android and iOS when recharging multiple Portals using the specific reproducible steps below:
- Unload a Portal Key from a Key Locker, then recharge the Portal.
- Place the Portal Key back into the Locker.
- Unload a different Portal Key from the Locker.
- Tap "Charge."
Additionally:
- Select a Portal Key from your inventory, then recharge the Portal.
- Recycle the Portal Keys for that Portal.
- Reopen inventory and select a different Portal Key.
- Tap "Charge."
The AP bar, XM meter, and other UI is then hidden, and requires an app restart.
Please note that recharging multiple Portals from Portal Keys already in your inventory, as well as recharging from Portal Keys removed from a Key Locker or Capsule one time, should continue to work normally.
If there are additional ways to reproduce this softlock when recharging multiple Portals, please let us know what device and OS version you're on with the specific steps to reproduce this issue below. Thank you for your patience.

Workaround: Glyph hacking some portal (also via drone) before recharging often avoids the freeze for me.
Returning to the map after unloading and clicking on a portal outside of your hacking range works for me.
For me too! Thanks!
Not useful for somebody without portals in view. Also, after a change of keys in inventory, merely tapping on a portal has resulted in this softlock for me on multiple occasions.
My current workaround: going into drone view and try glyphing (which fails due to burnout). After that I can continue recharging most if the time (always?).
Additional way that I have found that triggers the Softlock is:
a) unloading keys from multiple lockers (mine are organized by distance) and,
b) after either 'clicking on a portal outside of hacking range' (which works almost all of the time) or restarting the app before attempting to recharge the portals (prevents the Softlock all of the time) and then,
c) moving a group of recharged portals back into the designated locker before attempting to recharge a portal from another locker triggers the Softlock.
