Bug: Portal Scanning “Submission Failed” still consumes one submission opportunity

App Version: 2.41.4

After scanning a portal, selecting (tapping) “Upload Later” occasionally and inexplicably results in a “Submission Failed.” While mildly annoying, selecting “Upload Later” a second time works. The problem is that the first failed attempt still consumes one of your 200-every-13-days submission opportunities.

    This is still an issue in 2.43.3.

    Additionally, a pattern seems to have emerged: The first “Upload Later” of the day or session seems always to fail.
