K-12 Military Academy Campuses

I came across something I haven't seen before and thought it could be good to get some feedback:

I'm reviewing a portal nomination for a sculpture on a K-12 Military Academy Boarding School campus. It's a famous school with a historical campus the size of small college and is sort of a tourist attraction (they even host public tours).

I was leaning towards no (this one is very close to a dormitory), but there are about a dozen other wayspots scattered over the campus. So I'd appreciate other's opinion on whether this is just "K-12" or some in-between-case.
