Where's the best place for beginners?
I'm just coming back to the game after a long absence. I was an original client player. I'm also trying to get some friends to play that are a little bored with WU.
So I'd like to make a list of the best Beginner's Guides, Walkthroughs, Videos, etc.
All I've found either goes over stuff the new client already tells you in the tutorial, or things that are old and no longer valid in Prime.
So please, Give me all your sites, Youtube Channels, Links etc..... I'm looking for everything from hacking your first portal on up to building megas and participating in events, and everything in between.

The best thing is like before , meet your local community , they will help you to help and understand the game
For getting back into Ingress, especially with Ingress prime, I definitely agree with @absha. Meeting the community is very helpful. In lieu of meeting people (especially when that isn’t an option) there are some guides in a playlist from Niantic on YT at https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLDEUWItbkQ58TFVcxp19U1Ow5xxKJIgYf
