you are not alone. I've tried reaching out to Niantic on 3 different ways but no reply.
I did receive a reply a couple days ago, but only that it's a known issue and no ETA on resolution.
is there news for this problem?
More then 2 months and still no improvement… Niantic just don't care about our problem
