Background nomination queue
Please develop a background nomination queue. I just got back from wandering aimlessly in the woods because my nomination wouldn't go through and I couldn't look at the map in Ingress. The nomination should immediately get put on a persistent list and the game should handle submitting it in a good cell service area. The Ingress agent should have the ability to check their list of pending nominations.

Take pictures and submit anywhere up 25km away where you do have good internet
But I want the accurate location from when I was standing there. So much easier
