Is the Mission Authoring site broken?
I've been keen to submit some missions around my area. Is anyone else able to use the mission authoring site? For me it just says it's "running hot".
Is this niantics way of saying we currently have too many mission submissions to deal with?

I have been having the same problem since 02-21. I can log-in but when i try to edit or create it gives that error and then freezes. I've asked support on facebook and via the app. I got a message that an answer was given but i can't find it in the game so i have no idea what their answer was.
Some other agent i know has the problem 2 but another has it working just fine (he is running an FS so maybe they let them do their thing).
I hope it gets fixed soon, very frustrating to put all the time in a design and then not being able to complete it.
Me too, also since last week! I figured nia ops was just tired of me resubmitting my two missions trying to complete my damn banner.
Seems to be working okay for me right now.
For some it works. Mine is still broken.
I've reached out on several platforms but I'm not getting a response anywhere yet.
I am also having this issue starting mid Feb. It will sometimes start to work, then it won't let me finish. Now it just doesn't work at all.

Please try again later." I'm trying to withdraw missions that were placed in January and never approved.
I’m having the same issues, submitted 12 missions as part of a banner last month, some were accepted some were not so been trying to tweak the rejected ones but just get the “mission tool is running hot” error.
Mine too since a week or more now . Many agents here getting the same. Of all 15-16 agents i asked only 2 of them are able to do an operation in the mission submitting tool
I am also getting the same issue. Can log in and see my existing missions but can't create new ones.

Here's a recent update from @NianticCasey on another thread:
I'm "Prime only" user and also have the same issue. Sometimes I can log in and see the pic below before the ' Tool running hot' error comes up. But the most login trials getting failed if the tool is started. MacOS as well as IOS/safari and Windows 10 all the same error.
Niantic -> is there any progress in solution? I hope it get fixed soon.
