Submission of bigger sports stadiums

Hey i have a qeustoion regarsening nominations of bigger sports stadiums. Revently i have found pepeole to submit things that naturaly belong in fore instance a athlichic stadiums. If the stadium it self is a portal already. I cant realy see thst we should accespt every element that belongd to the stadium naturaly.
To make it very simple. The stadium is ok, the football feild in the middel og it is okey the speaker tower and the club haouse is okey bit when pepoøe start to subitt stuff like 100m, 200, 400, 800, 1500m, 3000m, 5000m, 10.000m, the pole jump, high jump, the jump Bunker, javlin, pole though etc its seems like a litle too mutch.
ITs my understand that we should do the same as we do with playgrounds, the playground it slef is okey but not every element in it.
Just cheking in if my understand id correct

you are correct, the track signs (100m, 200m, etc) arent eligible
the pole jump, high jump, jump bunker, etc arent eligible either, it must be like a playgrounds, they could send one called ''athletic field -name-'' which will consist in all the jump things
