No more codename changes?

Hello,
I have a few requests for a name change since November 2019 (since Redacted went offline), but I am not getting a single response. Did they stop answering on the tickets or I am on the blacklist?
I am turning 5 years as an Ingress Agent tomorrow and would like to have a name change...

What you stated doesn't sound like justification for an agent name change
Do you think the support has nothing better to do than processing your nonsense requests?
People change their names for good reasons all the time.
And I certainly know people in my area who have gotten name changes to go through for "it just seemed cooler" reasons since then.
I know a few agents who have had several name changes for the most trivial of reasons, and it always confused me because Ingress Help says "Codename changes are only allowed for players that accidentally input their real name or their activation code" (although activation codes haven't been a thing for over six years now, and I do know they accept "harassment" as a valid reason). Mind you, Ingress Help also says it takes 7+ weeks to process a request.
Players definitely have the right to request their name changes without being questioned by other players. Especially if its an issue dealing with harassment and being targeted by other players on multiple Niantic platforms. I myself have debated changing my name in either PoGo or here so that they don't share the same name and that it reduces the chance of a salty person targeting me in two separate platforms.

Yes, I did. I have several codename change requests open, replied on all of them with CHANGE CODENAME...
Well, I have lets say more than one codename change. Someone I got rejected a few times, then approved a few times...
It also happened to me once.... 3 codename changes within one day...
Very interesting. I have changed my name before a few months ago and it was 2-3 hours after replying to the ticket.
did you change code name by yourself - or you send to the support couples variants and then they try check availability for one of them?

So, just so ppl know, changing name does not stop experienced players knowing who you are, especially if you still have active portals.
