[BUG] The new Medal earned pop-up is not being shown

In my IOS device, I'm not being able to see new medals popup. So I have to keep checking the profile page if I already get it or not.

Today I've got a new one that I was really expecting and didn't have this message.

My versions:

• IOS: 13.3.1
• IPhone 8 Plus
• ingress: 2.39.3-ddc661af

Is anyone else with similar issue?

Same problem here, no new medal achieved pop up showing. Also IOS user. It’s a shame no to be able to get those messages to get a Screenshot.

No, right now I’m not having those issues, at least I didn’t noticed yet

Works for me after restart Prime. If dont work for other agents test restart phone and start Ingress Prime again.

It appers to be an iOS issue, I have been on that problem since a long time ago.

this always happens to me, I can never see the new emerging medals I always have to enter the profile, I delete ingress I restart it and restart the iphone and the same
