serious wrong ban

Did you share your account with someone else? Because it would be the exact same Google or Facebook account that you used for Pokemon Go.
Google and Facebook, both have them linked to the same account and both say that I have an account banned in ingress, the ingress account that was before is now linked to another google and another facebook and is still working today, so I have banned the google and facebook that have no ingress account right now.

If as your name suggests you're in Spain, then you are protected by the GDPR. This gives you a number of rights that might help in your situation, such as the right to see all your personally identifiable data (which would include the name of any Ingress account linked to your email), and to require the correction of inaccurate data (which would include correcting data that says you created an Ingress account, if you didn't).
Invoking the GDPR can be a sledgehammer to crack a nut though. I've found the main use for it is that warning companies that you will use it generally gets you past the level of 'we know nothing we can't do anything' tech support and into the real of people who can do things, and really, really don't want the full legal force of a formal GDPR request and potential 2 million euro fine messing their company's non-compliant internal systems up.

for me it seems you had your email banned so as soon the new policy was accepted it triggered the ban, why or how your email got an ingress ban if you never created an account with it, no idea ofc assuming you are saying the truth, but honestly i dont know what to tell you, some guy had a pogo banned account which affected his ingress account, he went to pogo support and pogo support actually just deleted his pogo account doing that he cant ever create a pogo account with that account and is banned for life but his ingress account got cleaned so he was able to wayfarer again, he claimed that it was a thread i dont know which you would need to dig around
here you have the same situation but in the other way , and ingress support are pretty well known to not give a damn about banned people at all, so you are screwed for the eternity unless for some magical reason your request get escalated to the right person, because even if escalated if it gets into the wrong person he will just not help you and answer you with a classic response from the list
so rip your wayfarer account, and this is the problem when they dont make a master management system for accounts so they have the master account for people so then they can created their games/platform accounts, niantic dont manage the accoutns are literally held by google so they save money and resources

You shared your log in credentials with another player so the could sign into your pokemon account for something. They used those credentials to create an ingress account and promptly did something that was bannable, like spoofing. Is that what happened?
Almost right, but I think that my ingress account that they banned and that I had linked to is the one I am commenting on, it was the banned one, I gave it to someone and I don't know how but I got the account from my email, but I That was banned was the mail account is still working today, I do not understand, I mean if the one who now uses the account is to blame, why is he still playing and my mail is banned harming me with wayfarer?
Definitely: Gift account Ingress, is banned, they link it to another email and the account is no longer banned but my email if it is still banned, I am legal I just paid and the illegal assumption keeps flying so calm.

So your Ingress account was legitimately banned under the ToS if you were account sharing. That is the consequences of account sharing and you just have to live with it.
but the account is still working, what they have banned is the mail where I was before, I didn't share it, I used it a long time ago, until I gave it away and changed to another email
